PREDICTION – Apple iTunes Going to FREE Streaming with iPhone 4

Apple has already made a lot of splashes in the tech press this year. The long rumored iPad was finally released, Gizmodo got their hands on what is believed to be an iPhone 4 prototype (for which Jason Chen had his apartment raided by police), and Apple passed Microsoft as the leading technology company after all these years. No doubt it’s been an eventful year for even a company of Apple’s size. But I think there are even bigger things to be announced this year.

iAd – Apple’s Entry into Mobile Advertising

Back in January Apple Inc. acquired Quattro Wireless for a speculated $275 million. Considered to be a leader in the mobile advertising market, the reason behind Quattro’s acquisition by Apple could only be assumed to be for future application on the iPhone. Several months passed and the news of the deal faded like a distant memory.
